It's just a Halloween costume; it's not like the guy had them surgically implanted, or even wears them walking down the street. The fact that he managed to get his hair like that is a bit scary, I'll grant you.
And for the record I must point out that when I was ten, I was so fond of Hank McCoy that I practiced writing with a pen held in my toes, just because of seeing a Werner Roth pin-up drawing of the Beast signing his name that way. It's a good thing I wasn't born just a couple of years later, or the same impulse would have made me attempt to cover my body entirely in blue fur.
